Tris joined Integra in 2006 and as Co-CIO is responsible for portfolio construction, strategic research and manager selection. Formerly was with RBC Capital Markets, he holds a M.Sc. (Economics) London School of Economics.

Charles Swanepoel, MBA, CFA
Co-Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager

Charles joined Integra in 2000 and as Co-CIO is responsible for portfolio construction, manager research, selection and oversight. Formerly a mechanical engineer at Transnet SA and Senior Fund Manager for Old Mutual Asset Managers, he holds a B.Com (Honours) and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

Carl W. Hiltz, CFA, MBA, CMA
Portfolio Manager

Carl joined Integra in 1995 and is a member of the Investment Committee and the Committee of Management. He has client service responsibilities and serves as Chief Compliance Officer in addition to being responsible for the corporate and fund financials. Formerly a Treasurer at an information technology company, Carl is a Certified Management Accountant, has an MBA from University of Windsor and is a CFA charterholder.

F. Craig Honey
Strategist

Craig joined Integra in 1987 as a founding shareholder. Craig, on a reduced work schedule, will devote his time to the review of Integra’s investment strategy, support the Investment Committee and continue as part of our client service team. Craig has a B.Math (Hon) from University of Waterloo and a Business Management Certificate from University of Toronto.

Jamie Colliver
Portfolio Manager

Jamie joined Integra in 2000 and his primary responsibility is business development with key accounts in Toronto and Ontario. Jamie also is a member of the Integra Investment Committee as the fixed income specialist and holds numerous industry designations. He is a frequent conference presenter and business commentator. Jamie has a B.A. (History and Politics) from University of Western Ontario.

Ian Rennie, MBA, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Ian joined Integra in 1998 to manage Integra’s business in Western Canada. He is located in Vancouver, BC. Ian is also a member of the Integra Investment Committee. Formerly, he worked at the business school at the University of Reading, UK. Ian is a graduate of McGill University (B.Sc.), has an MBA from McMaster University and is a CFA charterholder.

Ian Cottrell, CIM, FCSI
Portfolio Manager

Ian joined Integra in 1998 and as Vice President of Investments is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of Integra’s investment strategies and pooled funds. Ian has a B.A. (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario, holds the Canadian Investment Manager professional designation and is a Fellow of the Canadian Security Institute. Ian is an active member of the Toronto CFA Society.

Graham S. Rennie, MBA
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (ICMC)

Graham is the founding shareholder of the company and as C.E.O. has overall responsibility for the organization. Graham is Chairman of the Committee of Management. He oversees the firm’s long term strategic initiatives and is active in business development and relationship management. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds an MBA from McMaster University.

Steve Mantle, MBA
President & Chief Operating Officer (ICMC)

Steve joined Integra in 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. Steve is responsible for overseeing business development, client account management and the day-to-day operations of the firm. Formerly with TD Waterhouse and RBC Global Asset Management, Steve has an H.B.A. from University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Alexander joined Integra in 2004 and is responsible for developing and servicing business in Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Alexander graduated from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University with a B.A. in Economics and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Investment Associate

Nicholas joined Integra in 2008 and oversees Integra’s business development in Quebec and Francophone regions in Eastern Canada. Formerly with a Canadian major retailer in Labour Operations, Nicholas graduated with a Master Degree in Economics from York University specializing in Financial Economics.
